Spotwana Menu

We decided to add a little twist to our menu and say that holidays are a great change for every guest so why not create a menu that changes the entire food concept?

Our Chef Sello Tsomele, introduces a new style of South African cuisine to you. By mixing the Spanish tapas concept with South African flavours, the new Spotwana menu, meaning small pots, was born.

It consists of a variety of mouthwatering dishes such as Butternut and Biltong Soup, Kudu and Pepperdew Bobotie and Lamb Casserole served with Pap, prepared and presented in small African pots providing you with an experience worth sharing.
